Color Rings
Choosing the right color can be difficult, but our Color Ring Loan Program can help take the guesswork out of color selection.

How it works:
    Step One: Select color ring based on brand. (Please note that some brands may have more than one color ring available. You can see which colors are on the color ring under the Product Detail.)

    Step Two: Add the color ring to your shopping cart and continue with the checkout process as you would with a regular order. Be sure to mention that you’ll be returning it for store credit in the 'comments' box during checkout

    Step Three: To return the color ring, simply fill out the Exchange form and send it back within 30 days. We’ll issue a store credit for the full cost of the order excluding shipping fees.
As an added perk, we’ll even apply a $5 bonus to your store credit to cover the return cost!

Please Note:
    • Each wig and hairpiece has its own unique selection of colors. Not all colors will be available for every style.
    • If you would like to keep your color ring, keep it past the allotted 30 days and we will consider it a purchased item.
    • Color Rings must be in their original condition in order to be eligible for store credit. Missing or damaged color swatches are deemed ineligible for store credit.
    • Shipping fees cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
