Order Information

• To place an order, simply look through our online wig catalog. When you find an item you'd like to purchase, choose a color (and size if applicable) and click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button. Once you are ready to go ahead with your order, click on the "View Shopping Cart" button on the upper right hand corner of the page and continue with the checkout process.


• If you are looking for a specific item and are not able to find it in our online catalog, you may contact us to find the availability of that item as we also carry items not offered on our website.

Payment Information

WowWigs.com is hosted on Yahoo's secured (SSL) encrypted server, which is the industry standard for secure commerce online shipping transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet.

• Purchase Orders from schools and government organizations. The minimum order value for Purchase Orders is $100.00. Please fax a signed copy of your Purchase Order and contact information to 866-366-0401.

• Once your shipment has left for delivery, you will receive an email with the USPS Tracking number. You can enter this number on the USPS website and track your package at your convenience. We do not take responsibility for any shipping problems that may occur (i.e. weather, strikes, mistakes made by USPS, etc.).


• We reserve the right to change our policy without notice.

Out of Stock / Backordered Items

The color availability on our website is not real-time, so please be advised that some colors may not be in stock. Prior to placing your order, you can call us at 866-969-9447 and request a stock check. Please have the item name or code number ready, as well as the product color.

If a purchased item is out of stock, you will be notified via phone and/or email. You will be given the option of:

• Substituting the item


• Removing the unavailable item from the order


• Waiting for the item to come back in stock


• Canceling the order

Refunds & Exchanges

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for an exchange. We will only accept returns for exchanges. We do not offer refunds. Please fill out the Exchange Form provided on the back of your invoice and include it in your return package.

• You must request an Exchange Authorization Code (E.A.C.) within 7 days of receiving your order. Please send an email to exchange@WOWwigs.com or a fax to 866-366-0401 with your order number and reason for exchange. Your merchandise must be postmarked within 3 business days after the E.A.C. is issued.


• No exchange without an E.A.C. will be accepted. An E.A.C. is not a guarantee that the returns will be accepted.


• Eligibility Requirements for Exchanges: The item/wig must be in salable condition, unworn and undamaged, in the original packaging with all tags attached.


• Please send the return items in a box, not in an envelope. Do not write anything or apply any tape on the wig box or package.


• A re-stocking fee of $15.00 or 15% of original price per item (whichever is greater) will be charged. This fee may be waived depending on the condition of the returned item(s).


• Coupon codes are not valid on exchanges.


• Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded under any circumstances. If free shipping was offered on your original order, a $8.95 shipping charge will be deducted from your return credit. We are not responsible for the return shipping cost of the merchandise and the shipping cost of the exchange order. Collect shipments will be refused. When shipping your return item, we highly recommend saving the tracking number as we are not responsible for lost return packages.


• Once you have received your exchange, you may not request a second exchange.
