Cap SizeWhat size am I?
Most wigs come in an Average size which fits most people. A few select styles are available in a Petite or Large size. For a more secure fit, most wigs have adjustable tension straps which can adjust up to half an inch larger or smaller. If your measurements are between sizes or do not match exactly to the chart, we suggest selecting the larger size that is closest to your measurements. You can find your head size by using a tape measure and referring to the chart on this page.
Measuring your head:
*Cap sizes may vary slightly by brand; this chart is only a general guideline for cap measurement.

Measuring your head:
- 1. Around the head: Measure the total circumference of your head by placing the end of the tape measure at your front hairline (your hairline is usually 4 fingers-width above your eyebrows) and wrapping the tape measure behind your ear, along your nape and back up behind the other ear until the tape meets again at the front of your hairline.
2. Front to Nape: Measure from your front hairline, straight back over the crown to the back of the head.
3. Ear to Ear: Start at the front of one ear where your hairline ends and bring the tape measure up and over the crown to the front of the other ear.
