Returns & Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority, but we understand that choosing a right hair piece is not an easy process. 

You might not be happy with the style or color you chose and need to exchange or return an item you purchased.
We will do our best to help you with the process.


Eligibility Requirements for Exchanges or Returns
 
Items must be in original condition, unworn and undamaged in the original packaging with all tags attached and odor-free.
Costume accessories and care products are not returnable.
 
*If the items are not in acceptable condition, 30% of the original price (List Price), not the amount you paid after any discount, will be charged and the remaining amount will be refunded to the original method of payment.


 
Returns
 
For any reason, you want to return your purchase, we offer 2 options.

1. Refund with 15%restocking feeof the original price (List Price). The remaining amount will be refunded to the original method of payment.
2. Store credit for the full amount (only for original order, not for exchanges or orders paid by store credit). You may use the store credit for any purchase any time.

If free shipping was offered on your original order, the original shipping charge will be deducted from your return credit.
We are not responsible for the return shipping cost of the merchandise and the shipping cost of the exchange order.
Collect shipments will be refused.)

* Purchase with store credit will be considered as an exchange.
 
 
Exchanges
 
We offer one-time FREE exchange for the returns that meet the eligibility requirements.

If the returns are not in acceptable condition, either we process your exchange with 30% restocking feeof the original price (List Price) or send it back to you.
 
Special offers, coupons, or gift certificates received for original order are non-transferable to the new exchange order.
 
If the new exchange order is less than the original order, the remaining balance will be left as store credit for future purchase.
 
 
 
Returning Your Purchase for Exchange or Refund
 
You must request an RA (Return Authorization) number within 7 business days of receipt.
Please send an email to exchange@WowWigs.com or call 714-228-9627 with your order number and reason for return.
You will receive an RA # along with the address to send to.
 
Please fill out the Exchange/Return Form provided on the back of your invoice and include it in your return package.
Write the RA # on the outside of shipping box, not on the merchandise box.
 
The return must be postmarked within 3 business days after an RA # is issued.
No return without an RA # will be accepted. An RA # is not a guarantee that the returns will be accepted.
 
Please send the return items in a shipping box, not in an envelope.
Do not write anything or apply any tape on the merchandise box or package.
 
Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.
If free shipping was offered on your original order, the shipping cost we paid will be deducted from your return credit.
We are not responsible for the return shipping cost of the merchandise and the shipping cost of the exchange order.
Collect shipments will be refused.

When shipping your return item, we highly recommend saving the tracking number as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
