Perfectly snug and aligned with your natural hairline, the SmartLace front becomes practically invisible. We recommend washing your wig every 6-8 wears

  • Before washing your wig, gently remove any tangles with your Jon Renau paddle brush or Jon Renau wide tooth comb

  • Hold wig or hairpiece under cool running water. Gently lather the hair with a capful of Shampoo while making sure that the hair is traveling in the same direction. DO NOT rub hair as this may cause tangling

  • Rinse thoroughly in cool water until the water runs clear

  • Wrap wig or hairpiece in a towel and gently pat dry

  • Gently detangle hair using your Jon Renau wide tooth comb

  • Spray with Leave-In Conditioning Spray (3-5 pumps) keeping away from base of wig or hairpiece

  • Allow wig or hairpiece to air dry naturally by placing on a plastic or wire wig stand. DO NOT blow dry

  • Styling is very easy with your Jon Renau wig or hairpiece. We recommend simply using your fingertips or wig brush/comb for your desired style

  • If fullness is desired, gently backcomb hair using your wig or hairpiece brush/comb, then smooth the surface hair over and apply Holding Spray

  • DO NOT use heat to style synthetic fiber (curling irons, flat irons or blow dryers)

  • Be cautious when standing near a heat source (i.e. open oven, heater, etc.) Excessive heat can damage the fiber

  • We recommend using Jon Renau HD Smooth with your Jon Renau wide tooth comb to detangle your synthetic wig. This is especially important with the mid-length to long length wigs

    One of Jon Renau?s best!!

Posted by Rachel P. on 08/07/2020

I have been wearing 80% Jon Renau wigs. Primarily Adriana, Rachel, Alessandra & Zara. Courtney is one of the best! It has long flattering layers but isn?t as long as the others that are a tangled mess after a few hours of wear. I?m thinking the fibers for curly wigs seem to not last as long. These fibers are silky and have very nice movement. It?s lighter weight, so a little cooler in the summer vs his other long wigs. I did Salted caramel-rooted wig. It looks SO REAL I feel so confident and pretty in this wig. Flattering on everyone I would think. I did have a stylist do a tiny bit of layers, super minor just to give it more movement. I wear wigs full time for alopecia, so comfort and realistic looking are very important to me.

    Courtney is a wow!

    Posted by Deborah on 11/18/2011

I have 3 Courtney wigs. The fiber used is exquisite - silky, doesn't seem prone to tangling, great length, very natural. I have all the rooted shades and will now buy the other shades. It wears well, very comfortable, swingy and versatile. This, of my 3 dozen wigs, is my favorite. Appreciate the great service wowwigs provide.
