Bringing convenience and flexibility to any look, Hat Magic is the ultimate solution to wearing alternative hair on the go. Hat Magic is synthetic hair worn over the head with adjustable elasticated straps to fit multiple head sizes. With its light and soft materials, it keeps the head cool and comfortable especially in warmer months. Hat Magic features silicone at the temples for anti-slip grip and polyurethane tabs at the back of the crown and nape area for added security.

Our removable synthetic hair additions include 3 types of base designs: Headbands leave the top of the head open - to be worn under hats, and clip in hair pieces are available in open cap or honeycomb bases that gently secure with pressure sensitive clips.

HOW-TO

We recommend washing your wig every 6-8 wears

CLEANSE & CONDITION

Before washing your wig, gently remove any tangles with your Jon Renau paddle brush or Jon Renau wide tooth comb

Hold wig or hairpiece under cool running water. Gently lather the hair with a capful of Shampoo while making sure that the hair is traveling in the same direction. DO NOT rub hair as this may cause tangling

Rinse thoroughly in cool water until the water runs clear

Wrap wig or hairpiece in a towel and gently pat dry

Gently detangle hair using your Jon Renau wide tooth comb
Spray with Leave-In Conditioning Spray (3-5 pumps) keeping away from base of wig or hairpiece

DRY & STYLE

Allow wig or hairpiece to air dry naturally by placing on a plastic or wire wig stand. DO NOT blow dry
Styling is very easy with your Jon Renau wig or hairpiece. We recommend simply using your fingertips or wig brush/comb for your desired style
If fullness is desired, gently backcomb hair using your wig or hairpiece brush/comb, then smooth the surface hair over and apply Holding Spray
DO NOT use heat to style synthetic fiber (curling irons, flat irons or blow dryers)

TIPS

Be cautious when standing near a heat source (i.e. open oven, heater, etc.) Excessive heat can damage the fiber.
We recommend using Jon Renau HD Smooth with your Jon Renau wide tooth comb to detangle your synthetic wig. This is especially important with the mid-length to long length wigs.
