- To place an order, simply look through our online catalog. When you find an item you'd like to purchase, choose a color (and size if applicable) and click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button. Once you are ready to go ahead with your order, click on the "View Shopping Cart" button on the upper right hand corner of the page and continue with the checkout process.
- If you are looking for a specific item and are not able to find it in our online catalog, you may contact us to find the availability of that item. However it would have to be within the brands we carry.
- Please check order details and all your information such as name, address, and the card number, expiration date, and the card verification number before you summit the order.

Order Cancellations & Modifications
- If you need to cancel an order or make a change for any reason, it must be done before 10 am PST of the following day or you will be charged 15% cancellation fee (15% of the original price, not the amount you paid after any discount,).
- Since we have to order some items from manufacturers and have to absorb the full cost of the items, we charge 15% cancellation fee to compensate some of the cost.
- Refused packages will be subject to a 15% restocking fee (15% of the original price, not the amount you paid after any discount) and any applicable shipping charges. Undeliverable packages will be subject to reshipping charges.
WowWigs.com is hosted on secured (SSL) encrypted server, which is the industry standard for secure commerce online shipping transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet.

- We required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to California. The tax will be applied when you place your order online and will show up on the order confirmation.
International Credit Card Verification
- International credit cards without support for electronic verification are subject to verification. We will contact you for you to supply supporting documents for verification which may incur an extra 3-5 business day delay.
- To avoid this delay, we recommend that you pay with PayPal.
Country Customs & Duties Fees
- Shipping charges do not include international taxes or duties. We recommend that you contact your local customs office to request the details of these charges. If you decide to refuse any shipments from us, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.
Price Match Guarantee
If you find any item we carry at a lower price either before you purchase or within 10 days of your purchase, we will match the competitor’s price.
- The competitor must be an authorized internet retailer advertising the identical product on a USA website.
- The product must be advertised on the competitor’s website.
- Since we only sells unopened items shipped directly from the manufacturer, we will not match competitors’ bonus or free offers, special offers, rebates, clearance or closeout prices, or prices on used, damaged, returned, open box or display merchandise.
- Price match cannot be combined with any other coupons or offers from us.
- To request a price match, contact us with product name, competitor's website address and the price they order.
Out of Stock / Backordered Items
The color availability on our website is not real-time, so please be advised that some colors may not be in stock. Prior to placing your order, you may call us at 866-969-9447 and request a stock check.
Please have the item name or code number ready, as well as the product color.
If a purchased item is out of stock, you will be notified via phone and/or email.
You will be given the option of:
- Substituting the item
- Removing the unavailable item from the order
- Waiting for the item to come back in stock
- Canceling the order

We are not responsible for any duties or taxes charged by Customs for International deliveries.
Once your shipment has left for delivery, you will receive an email with the USPS Tracking number. You can enter this number on the USPS website and track your package at your convenience. We do not take responsibility for any shipping problems that may occur (i.e. weather, strikes, mistakes made by USPS, etc.).
- For your convenience, we provide you with your order status notification during each step of order processing. Automated email confirmations are sent to the email address provided after an order has been placed. If you have not received email confirmations on the same day you placed your order, please contact us.
- There will only be an authorization(pending hold to guarantee funds) placed on your credit card, we do not complete charges until items are packaged and shipped. If you have paid with PayPal, funds will be captured immediately.
- For each process of your order, an automated email will be provided. You will receive a shipping estimates and shipping confirmations with tracking information. In each automated confirmation email, you will receive a confirmation link. Your confirmation link can be accessed 24/7 and will have all current details and updates for your order. Returns & Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority, but we understand that choosing a right hair piece is not an easy process.
You might not be happy with the style or color you chose and need to exchange or return an item you purchased.
We will do our best to help you with the process.
Eligibility Requirements for Exchanges or Returns
- Items must be in original condition, unworn and undamaged in the original packaging with all tags attached and odor-free.
- Costume accessories and care products are not returnable.
* If the items are not in acceptable condition, 30% of the original price (List Price), not the amount you paid after any discount, will be charged and the remaining amount will be refunded to the original method of payment.
For any reason, you want to return your purchase, we offer 2 options.
- Refund with 15% restocking fee of the original price (List Price). The remaining amount will be refunded to the original method of payment.
- Store credit for the full amount. You may use the store credit for any purchase any time.
(* If free shipping was offered on your original order, the original shipping charge will be deducted from your return credit.
We are not responsible for the return shipping cost of the merchandise and the shipping cost of the exchange order.

- We offer one-time FREE exchange for the returns that meet the eligiblity requirements.
- If the returns are not in acceptable condition, either we process your exchange with 30% restocking fee of the original price (List Price) or send it back to you.
- Special offers, coupons, or gift certificates received for original order are non-transferable to the new exchange order.
- If the new exchange order is less than the original order, the remaining balance will be left as store credit for future purchase.
Returning Your Purchase for Exchange or Refund
- You must request an RA (Return Authorization) number within 7 business days of receipt.
- Please send an email to exchange@WowWigs.com or call 714-228-9627 with your order number and reason for retrun.
- You will receive an RA # along with the address to send to.
- Please fill out the Exchange/Return Form provided on the back of your invoice and include it in your return package.
- Write the RA # on the outside of shipping box, not on the merchandise box.
- The return must be postmarked within 3 business days after an RA # is issued.
- No return without an RA # will be accepted. An RA # is not a guarantee that the returns will be accepted.
- Please send the return items in a shipping box, not in an envelope.
- Do not write anything or apply any tape on the merchadise box or package.
- Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- If free shipping was offered on your original order, the original shipping charge will be deducted from your return credit.
- We are not responsible for the return shipping cost of the merchandise and the shipping cost of the exchange order.
- Collect shipments will be refused.
- When shipping your return item, we highly recommend saving the tracking number as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged & Missing Items
- Claims for damaged items or missing items must be submitted within 3 days of order receipt. Please keep all merchandise and package as arrived to make a claim.
- Any damages claimed after a month of receipt of the product is considered regular wear and tear.
